To
all the people who visit our site because they love Pit
Bulls, We thank you for your support and friendship!
We have to
explain something to anyone who visits this site. We
bought our first two Pit Bulls back in 2004, two
months apart. My intent was (and still is) to own,
show, compete with, and train Pit Bulls for UKC and
NKC sanctioned events. Our first two (Mack and Ivory)
turned out to be better than we could have hoped for!
At about 4 months old we started visiting South
Hampton Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. The dogs
were
an
instant success! They did anything for treats and
were very happy to just sit and let the residents
pet them. Mack, Ivory, and Grace (joined the family
about 8 months after the first two) grew up visiting
that nursing home. Our pets had become a
ministry! Mr. Tibbs, Angel, and Mayday became
part of our family in late 2006 and early 2007. When
these three arrived, we were no longer allowed to
visit South Hampton Nursing and Rehabilitation
Center. The administrator had seen a story about “a
pit bull” that attacked its owner and believed the
media when they said “pit bulls” are known
for doing this. This decision hurt the residence as
much, if not more, than it did us.

We did not
give up though! My family has been involved with a
community outreach program in Huntsville, called
Watchman Ministry, since June of 2002. We deliver
sack lunches, coffee, orange juice, and fruit to the
day labor pools and Down Town Rescue Mission every
other Saturday. On the other Saturday mornings, a
Peanut butter and jelly sandwich, juice, and coffee
are all we can deliver. All of our dogs, including
B.B. (our newest addition) now accompany us on these
mission trips. Our pets will always be part of a
ministry, and in reality they are a ministry all by
themselves! There are many people who do not
take a lunch but come only to see the dogs.
At this time only have five adult
Dogs, Mack and Doc are gone and Ivory lives with my
mom.
I also have to
tell people who visit this site, if you would like
to see a breeding between two of our dogs please
email us and we will start a list for that breeding.
If there is enough interest to warrant a breeding,
we will do one. You need to understand up front, we
are just “Hobbyists.” We are not a business, nor do
we breed for a profit. Anyone who knows anything
about owning dogs knows you will never make a profit
from breeding. The time you will spend caring for
your dogs, the medical costs, the food costs, and
building proper housing or kenning facilities will
far outweigh the income from one or two litters a
year. As hobby breeders we remain law abiding
citizens by claiming any income from a litter, along
with some of the costs of maintaining our hobby, on
our taxes.
Thank you for your time and
Patience!
We hope you enjoy the site, find
the information page helpful, and the photo gallery
page entertaining!
